Before advertising the goods in whatever manner the Registered User shall first submit proofs of any advertising matter to the Registered Proprietor for its approval and the Registered User shall not display an advertisement of any nature in respect of the goods until the Registered Proprietor has given written consent with regard to it to the Registered User. The Registered User will permit the Registered Proprietor or its authorised agent or representative at all reasonable times to enter into the premises of the Registered User for the purpose of inspecting the goods to which the Trade Mark is intended to be applied and the Registered User agrees to submit samples of the goods to the Registered Proprietor in accordance with instructions that may be given from time to time by the Registered Proprietor for inspection and approval by the Registered Proprietor. The Registered Proprietor shall at its own expense take all the necessary steps to keep registered the Trade Mark and to protect the Trade Mark in the Colony of Hong Kong and at like expense shall at all times take such action as may be necessary to prevent the Trade Mark being interfered with whether by preventing the sale of other brands likely to interfere with the sale of the goods by reason of their being likely to deceive customers or preventing the registration of other trade marks likely to conflict with the Trade Mark. The Registered User shall give to the Registered Proprietor all information which shall come to its knowledge of any infringement of the goodwill of the Registered Proprietor and of the Trade Mark and shall do all in its power to assist the Registered Proprietor to protect its interests. The Registered User shall be the sole Registered User. Goods/Services: Flashlights and dry cell batteries. Period: The permitted use is to end on the 31st December, 1979.
